CONSULTATION
This is the first meeting to discuss the design project scope of work. Assess existing furniture and site measurements. Get to know clients and get a good sense their likes and dislikes.

CONCEPTUAL DESIGN
We will create a mood board; with details and conceptual images we would like to incorporate in your design. This is when we confirm we are on the right track before completing our drawing package and final selections.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
We refine the design concept, complete the initial drawing package and source specific design elements for your project. During this time we will meet with trades in your home to review the scope of work as we dive into the design process.

CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION
We add relevant details to your drawing package and complete project quotations with relevant trades to finalize the project budget. Once we have confirmed all of the project elements will join you in your home to present the drawing package, physical samples and visuals for each space.

PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION
During this time we order all of the furniture, fixtures and finishes required for your project. We will arrange installations, storage and deliveries of all relevant materials.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
This is the construction phase, our team will plan site visits and guide our trades to ensure the design is completed to the highest standard. During this time we will mitigate any deficiencies and monitor project timelines.

PROCUREMENT AND STYLING
This is when the final magic happens, our team pulls together the final elements for the BIG REVEAL.
